Top of the mornin’ to ya Bon Bon Rose readers! It’s Jackie Fo here with a St. Patrick’s Day treat that’s easy and adorable for little ones (and their parents)!
When I found these mini Chips Ahoy cookies at the grocery store the other day, I knew I had to use them for something fun. By adding a little pre-made frosting and some festive sprinkles, you’ve got a yummy dessert that your kids will love and can even help you make!
All you need is a bag of mini Chips Ahoy, vanilla frosting and green sprinkles. Start by pulling out two cookies and put a dollop of frosting in the middle. Top with the other half of the cookie, and roll gently through a pile of sprinkles you’ve put on a plate. That’s it! These tiny sweets are perfect for serving at a party or for simply making with your kiddos!

Container of Vanilla Frosting
Place a healthy dollop of frosting between two cookies and roll gently through sprinkles.
