Blackberry Moscowtini Cocktail

You all know how much I love a good cocktail around these parts right? It’s been quite a time for everyone this past year, as you well know, so I am more than ready to plan for the weekend…And that planning includes some adult beverages. In fact, I feel a party coming on. To be fair, it will just be a party of two, me and hubs. Bwah! And I have a delicious drink recipe that would be perfect for the occasion! Let’s talk about our Blackberry Moscowtini…
If you love a nice Moscow Mule as much as I do, this Blackberry Moscowtini cocktail will be right up your alley…Plus, it’s so darn pretty. A little dose of pretty never hurt anyone. Just sayin’. I actually think I might serve this up at a girls get together when I can host one again. I am vaccinated times two today, so I am READY!
And I think this blackberry gin cocktail would certainly impress my favorite ladies…And I bet it would do the same for your party guests. Yes, yes. A girls’ night in complete with Moscowtinis sounds like just the ticket, don’t you think?! After dealing with some serious stress the past few months, I’m ready to cut loose and enjoy some quality girl time.
Now, this is not just a girl’s drink. You could certainly whip up a batch for a couples’ dinner, like I’m going to, or even just for you and your honey to enjoy after the kiddos go to bed. Anyone who’s into berries will be into this cocktail. And the ginger beer balances the sweetness so nicely. Personally, I can’t stand super sugary sweet drinks. If you’re of the same mind, never fear. So, let’s talk about how to make it shall we?
