How Meal Planning Got Me Back On Track

If you’ve been following my Always Eat After 7 PM journey, you know that I think about intermittent fasting and meal planning a whole new way now. And, my friends, I feel glorious.

Not having to ignore my rumbling tummy in the evening changed everything. I can have a snack if need be. I can have a large dinner. It’s ok that I tend to be hungrier at night. I don’t have to feel guilty about that!

Most importantly, I’m not fighting my body’s natural instincts. Just like I’m a natural night owl in terms of my sleep pattern, I’m a natural night snacker. Bwah!

Don’t get me wrong. It’s not an over eating free for all over here. I’m still focusing on whole foods, but I’m not stressing about having some cherries before I go to bed for instance.

And, frankly, the last thing I need in my life is more stress right now. I know you can all relate. I know I’ve said it before, but I’m going to say it again…We have enough on our plates!

How I Got More Energy

Frankly, I just want to have plenty of energy to keep up with those kids that are home ALL the time! Haha! And I am happy to report that I do!

I feel like I can bound out of bed in the morning and knock out to-dos all day long without fatigue. And that’s huge!

I also have plenty of energy to tackle my running goals which is also a big deal for me. After many months off, I’m back at it and need all the oomph I can get!

So, if you’ve been thinking about trying out a new eating plan yourself and you also get hungry at night, Always Eat After 7 PM just might be for you!
