With picky eaters and crazy schedules, I’m always on the hunt for simple and nutritious dinners that everyone will eat. This Kid Friendly Meatless Meatballs Pasta Bake was a total hit, along with other snacks and tips that came in this month’s Babbleboxx.

Like most moms, I’m always searching for new recipes and foods for my kids to try. They are both at ages where they can be a bit selective about what I serve. But its important for me to make sure that we all get the nutrition and good food that we need. So I was naturally pretty pumped when this month’s Babbleboxx arrived with several kid friendly ingredients.
The first two items we tried were the Tessemae’s Pantry Classic Ranch dressing and the Gardein Meatless Meatballs.
Crudités For Kids
My boys are always underfoot claiming to be STARVING just as I’m cooking dinner. How do they know to do that?! For a quick healthy appetizer, I simply poured the Tessemae’s Pantry Classic Ranch dressing into a ramekin and spread the raw veggies I had on hand around it on a plate. We all loved the taste of this dressing! It is thick and creamy, with a classic ranch taste. This two minute appetizer really kept the kids entertained and munching on healthy foods and most important, away from the main kitchen cooking area. I call that a win for sure!

Up next, were my Gardein meatless meatballs. I was really curious to try these. I’m always up for trying meatless foods. These meatballs are dairy-free and meat-free and free from preservatives and artificial colors and flavors. Even better they have such a great taste and texture no one even noticed I subbed them out in this recipe! This meatless meatball pasta bake was a huge hit and really fast to make. Perfect for any of those crazy weeknights where everyone is going in different directions.
If making ahead. Mix and assemble together and refrigerate. Then rather than broil, bake at 350 degrees until heated through (approx. 20 minutes).Meatless Meatballs Pasta Bake

Babbleboxx Kid Friendly Ingredients
Our box was filled with lots of new great kid friendly ingredients from both brands that we know and fun new ones to try.
For instance we plan on using this new Butter Parmesan Ragu sauce with buttered noodles. It’s made with Aged Parmesan Cheese and Real Butter. My four-year-old is all about that!
Probiotic Apple Drinking Vinegar helps balance your gut with friendly bacteria. And with the delicious apple juice flavor, Mama was definitely claiming this one for myself!

Probiotic apple sauce pouches are an organic healthy treat. They are ideal for lunch boxes and all those on-the-go snacks I am constantly passing out.
Tessemae’s is a brand that we have used and loved before. So trying the Tessemae’s Ketchup and Pantry Classic Ranch was really fun. The organic ketchup was so good and is even Whole 30 and Keto approved. Woot!

Nutiva Squeezable Organic Coconut Manna was such a great surprise. These are organic coconut butters that are wonderful for squeezing onto oatmeal or fruit and great in smoothies. I make a lot of smoothies for my family so I’m always looking for new additions, these are great alternative to healthy nut butter. Make sure to use the Squeeze25! code to get 25% off all Organic Coconut Manna Flavors. Offer is valid 8/13/19 – 11/13/19; cannot be combined with other offers. Limit one per customer.
These were all really great additions to the foods our family eats. I hope to include them in our regular rotation as well as our Kid Friendly Meatless Meatballs Pasta Bake. Make sure to check them out for yourself too!
