Yesterday was our first crisp day. That day that happens each year where you can just feel fall in the air. Im a summer girl at heart but I love fall too, so I always meet this day with the excitement of fall fashion and festivities to come. Of course that includes all things apple! I’ve even planned a date to take the kids apple picking so you will probably see a whole lotta apple recipes in the near future, ha. It may be all apple for a while around here, go easy on me.
This caramel apple dip is a great way to add a fun treat to fall apple snacks. It’s perfect to whip up for football games or after school playdates. And its so easy and tasty! You literally won’t be able to stop yourself from dipping in apple slice after apple slice. Read below for the ingredients and directions to this delicious fall caramel apple dip.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 5 hours 10 minutes
8oz package of cream cheese (I use the Neufchatel cheese as it has 1/3 less fat) – let sit to room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 caramel topping
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Serve with sliced apples and enjoy!
